Chardonnays and Sauvignon Blancs have always been excellent seafood and Poultry companions Gewurztraminer's Natural spicy flavors go very well with most Thai dishes and fruity, slightly sweet Sauvignon Blanc Or Rieslings will tame the ‘heat' in our spicier offerings.

Full-bodies reds generally match up with hearty red meat dishes. We've chosen soft Cabernet and Merlot so as not to over power our food. The Zinfandels peppery character does nicely with spicy foods. The lighter bodied Pinot Noir with pork and poultry would be wonderful.
